We offer 2 delivery options:
- Israel post (registered mail)– FREE- between 3-14 business days (multifocals up to 21 business days)
- Door to door delivery- 35 shekel. Quick and secure service. You will be notified on your phone every step of the way. 2-7 business days (multifocals up to 14 business days)
- Self pickup from our office at K’far Etzion (we will get in touch when the glasses are ready)
Returns
We have a 14-day no questions asked return policy. Don’t like the frames? Get in touch with us by phone or email and send the glasses back to us in the condition in which they were received and we will fully refund you (not including the delivery fee)!
We also offer a 1-month adjustment period for multifocal lenses- no questions asked!
